Some customers are experiencing issues accessing our live chat function through their 123 Reg Control Panel.
If you cannot see the chat icon via your Control Panel, please access your 'Contact Preferences' within your 'Account Settings', followed by 'Cookie Tracking'. From there, select 'Manage Cookies' and make sure that the Support option is enabled.
